Retirement Planning

One thing that is absolutely certain is that we all get older. It is becoming increasingly important that we plan and make provision for our old age. The State Retirement Pension is set at a subsistence level only and as we are all living much longer, it is an absolute necessity that we make adequate private provision to ensure that we can do the things we want to do when we have the time to do them. With the Government introduction of Stakeholder Pensions a new era has dawned and this approach must be an integral part of all retirement planning.

We can advise and implement a range of group Stakeholder schemes for large, medium or small employers. We advise employers and employees on these schemes again providing advice at work or in the comfort of your own home.

We help shop around for best Annuity Rates, look at options such as Income Drawdown and Phased Retirement providing the best options for our clients using the hole market place.

Tax Planning

We are all forced to pay tax but in terms of personal taxation, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax, we should aim to pay as little as legally possible. Tax avoidance, where we pay Not a penny more, not a penny less, is the aim of successful tax planning and must be given true prominence in the realm of overall Financial Planning.

The FSA does not regulate some forms of tax planning.
